Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns on final sale or custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Email us at Southshorewaterfowl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days given the product is in perfect condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
